In the event of non-use, the admission ticket cannot be refunded.

In the event of interruption within 1 hour of first admission, there is a 50% discount voucher to be used by the end of the season.

The admission ticket is the only recognised document and can be presented in hard copy for groups and in hard copy or electronically on mobile devices (smartphones, tablets) for individuals. At the end of the transaction, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with the admission ticket attached.

To ensure maximum safety for participants, the exercises - lianas, nets, Tarzan's leap - are constructed with a continuous lifeline system known as ZAZA: a special simple and intuitive carabiner that allows you to remain attached at all times.

The routes are accessible

- from 6 to 14 years of age depending on the difficulty of the route (minimum 6 years for the easy - 12 years for the medium and zip line - 14 years for the difficult);

- the minimum height, at the wrist with raised arm, is 140 cm for the easy route; 160 cm for the others;

- the weight of the person may not exceed 100 kg.
