What is included

At Isola Bella:

- Free visit of Palazzo Borromeo e of the italianate baroque Gardens.
In case of high attendance the cabinets of the Berthier-gallery wing can be closed.

At Isola Madre:

- Free visit of the botanical Garden hosting rare plant species and collections from every part of the world.
- Free visit of Palazzo Borromeo

After selecting the tickets in the basket of this page, it is possible to add other services in the following page.:

  • Transfer by motor-boat
  • Guided tour service for max.50 people each guide starting from April 8th
  • Breakfast or aperitif by the Cafeteria into the Garden.

Outside from Palazzo Borromeo and Gardens on Isola Bella we suggest visiting the Vicolo del Fornello into the ancient fishermen village, with boutiques and the bistrot Il Fornello – Bottega con Cucina.

At the end of the transaction you will get a confirmation e-mail with a voucher-ticket in the attachment, which will allow you to acces directly to the palace skipping the line at the ticket office.


To Know

From 1 April 2022,  the reinforced green pass, or the basic one, is no longer required for access to museums, archaeological parks, exhibitions, archives, libraries and other places of culture

The use of masks, including surgical masks, is still required.

It is not possible to enter the sites if you have a high temperature (over 37.5°) or other symptoms of influenza and where hazardous conditions exist, such as coming from risk areas or in close contact with persons testing positively for the virus.

In compliance with the safety rules, access to the sites may be limited.

You are advised to wash your hands frequently; hand sanitizing gel dispensers are located at various points inside the sites.

Always keep a distance of more than one meter from the other visitors and from the sites personnel.

Luggage storage is not available.

We thank you for respecting all the indications on the signs and given by the supervisory personnel.

Outside the Palace and Garden of Isola Bella we recommend discovering the "Vicolo del Fornello" in the ancient village, with its boutiques and Il Fornello Bistrot, Bottega con Cucina (Shop with Kitchen).

The entrance to the Palace and Garden with pets of any size is not allowed, except guide dogs.

Ticket validity

The ticket is valid until 1 november 2022
In case of no use the ticket won’t be refunded.

Isola Bella and Isola Madre:

From 18 March to 14 April 2022
Opening Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays from 10:00 a.m. to 05:30 p.m., last entrance. Palace closes at 06:00 p.m., gardens close at 06:30 p.m.

From 15 April to 30 September 2022
Daily from 10:00 a.m. to 05:30 p.m., last entry. Palace closes at 06:00 p.m., gardens close at 06:30 p.m.

From 1 October to 29 October 2022
Daily from 10:00 a.m. to 05:00 p.m., last entry. Palace closes at 05:30 p.m., gardens close at 06:00 p.m.

From 30 October to 1 November 2022
Daily from 10:00 a.m. to 04:30 p.m., last entry. Palace closes at 05:00 p.m., gardens close at 05:30 p.m.

The opening and closing time of museums and gardens are subject to changes for extraordinary events.

Attention:
Customers are advised that on Monday 13 June, Isola Madre and restauran La Piratera will be closed to the public for a private event.

 

Special rates

For customers with individual ticket:
The Ticket can be used within 1st November 2022.
Each location can be visited on different days.

For customers with group tickets:
Isola Bella and Isola Madre can be visited the same day or at most in two consecutive days.

- Kids (6-15 years): reduced rate
- Babies (up to 6 years): free
- Family Ticket: with 2 adult tickets and 2 kids ticket, the second kids ticket is free.
- Groups: minimum 18 people, one free entrance every 18 paid tickets.
- Disabled visitors with a certifyed invalidity equal or higher than 30% will get a discount of 50%, valid for the accompanying person too.

The discount will be showed directly into the basket.
